Online control panel displays “Error code: 28” or “NIF Lock”
This error is known as an NIF lock. It occurs when the ProFusion iH network settings have been changed manually through the online control panel. If your ProFusion iH is connecting to the Internet, perform an “Update Configuration” from the Administration -> Update tab to clear this error message.
