Player screen displays “NO SIGNAL”, “LOW SIGNAL”, or “MARGINAL SIGNAL”
- Reboot the player.
- Verify the signal strength of the player. If the signal strength is at or above 8.5, send a refresh to the player via the LE control site.
- Verify the coaxial cable is securely connected to the RF input on the back of the player.
- Verify that external forces have not affected the satellite signal.
- A technician may need to be dispatched to re-align the satellite dish, repair coaxial connections, or replace the player in order to restore signal.
