I don’t have audio (inbound or outbound) from my system

  • Remove the screws on the front panel of the base station
  • With the screws removed, gently remove the front panel from the base station.
  • Remove / pull out the power supply that is inserted to the left of the keypad (left of the #1 button on the keypad). 
  • Wait for 30 seconds, then re-insert the power supply.
  • Please ensure that there are no cars at the menu board when re-inserting the power supply. DO NOT power on the system with a car at the menu board.
  • Headsets will automatically re-register to the base (you should have solid green lights on headsets). Once registered,  proceed to take an order and test audio.
