Messaging Turnaround Times & Order Deadline
Our standard turnaround time may be extended during the holiday rush.
Clients who receive their productions via physical media may experience longer shipping times due to the increased volume in the mail system during the holidays.
To ensure you have your holiday messaging production for Black Friday, we recommend all orders be submitted no later than October 31st.
Expedited shipping options are available at an additional charge.

- Plan ahead: Please store your pre-holiday media in a safe place so that you can play it again once the holiday season is over. If you need to update your messages for January, contact us as early as possible so we can finish your production on time.

Music Videos
To access the Holiday Music Videos in Harmony: Open the Tag Library in the Harmony CMS, then drag and drop the Holiday Music Video tag into your playlist or channel.
HOLIDAY TEMPLATES
To access the Holiday Templates in Harmony: Click the + button at the top of the Media Library, select Create from Template, then enter “Holiday” as a search term.

Already A Customer?
If you already have Scent, then you know how powerful it can be during the holiday season. To change your regular cartridge for a holiday scent in December, simply select one of the scents from our holiday menu by October 2nd. For fulfillment and shipping, please allow 3-4 weeks (depending on when your regular shipment occurs). This change will affect your December cartridge only and will resume your regular fragrance calendar in the next shipment.
